Meet the Teacher

My name is Jill Ann Richards and I am very excited to be teaching at STC again this year. First Grade is a great place to be! I am a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in elementary education. My husband and I have two children, my son just graduated from IUP and my daughter is Senior at Susquehenna University. 

My classroom will foster a safe, creative environment that incorporates many different teaching strategies for all types of learners. I want everyone to be able to learn and grow to his or her potential.
