My name is Kim Canning and I am so excited to be back in second grade!!  I am a graduate of Bloomsburg University and Cabrini College.  I hold a BS in Education with certifications in Elementary and Special Education as well as a Master's in Education. I taught in an Autistic Support classroom (K-3) before staying home to raise my children. I entered back into the work force at STC in 2016 as the Director of Advancement and I am happy to be home in second grade.

 I live in Limerick with my husband, John, and children, Aidan (19), Liam (17) and Kate (14). We are active parishioners of STC. All three of my children graduated from STC. Aidan is now a sophomore at Penn State University. Liam(senior) and Katie(freshman) attend PJP High School.

 In my spare time I enjoy baking, walking, and curling up with a good book. I have a love of 80's music, the Jersey shore, and spending time with my family and friends. I feel blessed to be on the faculty at St. Teresa of Calcutta School, as it is my second home. I look forward to this school year and bringing out the best in all my students-academically, spiritually and socially.
