If you are new to the Boyertown Area School District, new to Saint Teresa of Calcutta School, or if you have moved, they need a Non-Public Residence Verification Form. See above for form.

If your child is in kindergarten, they need the Non-Public School Kindergarten Transportation Form.  This tells Boyertown who is authorized to get your child off the bus in the afternoon.  Please include parents, older siblings, trusted neighbors, grandparents—anyone who may get him/her off the bus in a pinch.  See above for form.
