Monday, December 2nd: Classes Resume
Friday, December 6th: First Trimester Ends
Thursday 12/12 & Friday 12/13:Santa's Secret Shop (information about which day our class will shop will be given closer to the event)
Tuesday, December 17th: PJ Dress Down Day for CHOP
Wednesday, December 18th: The Nativity Presentation in the Church at 7:00 (more information to come)
Friday, December 20th at 3:00: Winter Break Begins
A Packet will be sent home tomorrow, December 2nd with different activities to be completed. Please follow the directions attached to the front of the packet and return it on or before, Monday, December 9th.If you decide to participate in the Toy Drive, please send in all unwrapped toys by Sunday, December 8th. 
Tuesday, December 17th there is a district-wide Pajama Dress Down Day for CHOP among our Montgomery County Catholic Schools. Students may wear PJ bottoms and shirts with their sneakers for a minimum of $1.00 donation. Please no nightgowns.
Our Christmas Nativity Presentation will take place on Wednesday, December 18th at 7:00 pm in the Church. Kindergarten has been asked to dress in their Sunday best or Christmas outfits. Please start arriving at 6:30 and have your child sit in his/her place by 6:45. Once we start practicing, the children will know where to sit. Please take your children to the bathroom before the show and hold onto their coats. 
Word RingsList 4 (Green) will go home on Monday, December 2nd. Please practice with the children each night and if they are ready to earn their next fish, they can bring the word ring back on Thursday.
Each week, one student will be selected as our Captain of the Week. The letter below will go home in your child's folder on Friday when he/she has been selected. Please read each of the daily activities so your child is prepared for that day.
This is a great way for the class to learn more about your child. I will ask questions such as:
What do you like to do with Mom, Dad, brother, sister, Family?
What are you afraid of?
What is something you have never done before but want to try?
What is a place you would like to visit?
What are you really good at?Mrs. Gribb and I can't wait to learn more about the children.

We love to celebrate all of the children's birthdays. When it's your child's birthday, you may send in a sweet peanut, tree nut-free treat, or a non-editable item such
as pencils, pop its, etc.If your child is having a party, I am only allowed to hand out invitations in school if:
1) All the boys/girls are invited 2) The whole class is invited.
